What is the process?

All members must first go through a 3 month training period by taking studio classes that will develop their technique. It is important that we see your child’s commitment and observe their technique before competing. This will also allow them to transition into our style of dance.

Step 1: Express interest by completing the form below or stopping by our location.

Step 2: Come in with an audition 1 minute dance piece demonstrating your skills and technique.

Step 3: Our head coach will determine which classes your child will need to get caught up to speed with our competition team.

Step 4: After the 3- month class period, your child will then be able to compete if level of commitment is consistent and skill sets are caught up with the team.

WHAT DOES THE TEAM DO?

Our Golden Pantherettes Competition Dance Team is built off of a sisterhood that is expected to grow beyond the dance world. We compete, we travel, and we perform, but we also take the time out to teach our dancers life lessons to carry on with them throughout their lives. When we perform or compete, we travel to surrounding cities and states to showcase our talent. We also give back to our community by volunteering at local events. Although we work very hard and stay in the dance studio a lot, we make sure we get in our bonding time.

WHEN DO YOU COMPETE OR PERFORM?

We are a year-round team that compete or perform almost every month. Although we are a year-round team, we have breaks in our calendar in order for our team to be kids or teenagers. We are committed to the dance life, however, we believe that there should always be room for a social life to experience.
